Drink Spills: Blot up surface liquid with a
clean towel. Rinse with water and blot
thoroughly. Off the shelf products may set
the stain – so keep a damp white cloth over the
stain and give us a call!
Candle Wax: Lightly work the hardened wax
with a small blunt knife being careful not to
scrub the carpet while loosening as much wax
as possible. Any excess wax can be removed
with our carpet-safe solvents and softeners.
Make-Up: Most make-up spots are 2 stains in
1: dyes and oils. For minor spills use a little
nail polish remover, being sure to dab rather
than to rub, then rinse with water and blot
thoroughly.
Hair Dye: Call us immediately! Dye will soak
into woollen carpet immediately – the sooner
you contact us, the better chance we have of
getting it out.
