Tairua

The Pepe Reserve Playground.

This is a

newly renovated play area with better than

usual toys: included in the equipment selected

by students of Tairua School is a ‘rocktopus’

with tyres that spin and bounce, swings, a

curved slide, climbing frames and spinning

seats that proved a huge hit with the under

age 2 crowd. Adults can relax next door at

the Pepe Café while the kids play. Nearby, All

Things Organic delights all with their yummy

ice-creams. On Main Road, near the bridge.
