The aptly named Real Estate company, ‘Harcourts Next
Generation’ of Pauanui, celebrates its first successful year under
the ownership of Alyce Rowe, 27, the youngest branch owner in NZ.
Shown at right with Alyce and their sporty Harcourts’ mini, are sales
consultant Katie Wardenburg and administrator Tylah Dix.
They are commemorating their achievement with a community-
minded gesture. Following their sponsorship of the Pauanui Surf
Lifesaving Club earlier this year, their first anniversary will be
marked with a donation of $1000 to a Pauanui club or community
group, as nominated by locals. The winner will be announced on
their ‘birthday’, 24 October. Check their FB page to find out which
organsation came out on top!
“We might be a small, young team but we are passionate and feel
incredibly privileged to be giving back to this community,” says Alyce.
This dynamic team has grown in confidence and strength over
the past year – steadily increasing its market share of sales and
property listings in the area. “Summer is always a busy time”, notes
Alyce, “with lots of showcasing – and we’re expecting this coming
season to be busier than ever.”
Visiting this fabulous ‘Holiday Wonderland’ -- back by popular
demand – will get even Scrooge into the Christmas spirit! The team at
Fagan’s have certainly outdone themselves yet again this year.
“We have featured our Christmas heirloom trees and decorations in
the store again this year,” says owner Shirley Wilson. “A stunning
display that even includes an upside down tree hanging from the
ceiling – a must see!”
